The necklace arrived today yellow and tarnished. I have seen the full moon pendants and I know they are not that colour.

The goods arrived well packaged & made a perfect specialised gift.
I bought one of these pendants and wore it every day, even in the shower and in the ocean. After 7 years, the chain broke and I unfortunately lost the pendant. I was so impressed with the quality and how well it held up that I decided to purchase a new one!
However, I’m really disappointed to find that the quality has changed. The metal appears to be completely different, and I’m now having an allergic reaction to the cheaper metal, meaning I can no longer wear it. The difference in quality is really noticeable compared to my original pendant.
It’s especially disappointing because I loved my original pendant so much and it lasted me for 7 years with no issues. I was so excited to purchase another one, but unfortunately I can no longer wear it as it is causing an allergic reaction and leaving an irritating rash on my chest.

The original pendant you previously had was our **Classic Necklace in Silver**, which has now been discontinued. Our current **Classic Birthstone Necklace** has the same classic shape, however it is made from pewter rather than silver, so they are two different products. I bought this for my sister in-law for her birthday as she has worn it once and the moon has fallen out ,I have bought many things from you guys and this is the first I have been very dissatisfied .
I would like a replacement moon to be glued in it was a solar eclipse.
I also bought her in another order a necklace in her moon phase and hoping this one doesn’t fall out .

I purchased the LUNAR TIDE necklace, which represents my wedding, which was on a cruise ship, in between NZ and Australia.
I had the ships latitude and longitude coordinates engraved on the back, of where the ship was at the precise moment we got married.
The necklace is absolutely stunning, eye catching piece, especially when it’s glowing! I will treasure this necklace forever. It tells “my wedding story” in such a beautiful and unique way.

I received the MOONGLOW keyring, and decided it was just far too nice to be a keyring, so I turned it into a pendant.
I took it to a NZ Jade store in Rotorua, and they made a cord for it, (The young lady who made the cord fell in love with it, and asked for MOONGLOW info so she too could purchase something for herself).
I also had engraving done when I purchased this, with my Grandsons name & birthday.
I sent it as a gift to my son, who received it today. And he loves it!
Such a special piece for my son to wear as his “story of the night my son was born”.
