I got this necklace 4-5 months ago and it is my favourite piece of jewellery in the world. It is very pretty and looks amazing on the only problem is it can’t get wet so I have to take it off for a shower I was looking for something that I could wear all the time

Very beautiful necklace, and dainty, not too big as the pendant had 2 moons! Even though I personally don't wear gold it looked stunning! As always fantastic quality and received it very quickly! Ordered one previously for same person (xmas present), and had a problem with it, but as always customer service second to none, and Danni sorted it out for me very quickly and I had this one as a replacement!! Cannot fault Moonglow at all, this is my 6th piece from them I think, and have another on way!!

I love my necklace. It is gorgeous. The chain is dainty and beautiful. It’s seriously my favorite piece of jewellery right now. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that I constantly have to separate the two moons from each other. Because the pendants are magnetized. So they stick together and then you can’t really see them unless I split them up. I’m sure there is a reason why they are magnets that I’m unaware of. I’ll have to look into that. Either way. Very satisfied with my purchase. Looking to buy more pieces from Moonglow :heart_eyes:
Gold plated and magnetic
The description says gold not gold plated also why is it magnetic? It looks pretty but I wishing the description was not misleading.
Chain too small
The pendant was fine but the chain was all tangled in a ball when we opened the box. Broke it trying to get the knots out. A very inferior necklace to be support such a nice pendant.

received my necklace within 2-3 business days and was super stoked to show my friends! My necklace has a magnet in it which I’m not sure why, all I know is that it sticks to my fridge. Other than that, I love it so much!!!!
I love the necklace, but the chain is very fragile and broke after two days of wearing it. I went to see if I could purchase a new matching gold chain from the website, but there wasn’t an option. Now it sits unworn.
Mini ituri neckace
Well I thought it would look like the picture shown above. I was so excited when it arrived. When I opened it the top moon is fine, the second moon, “the new moon” is blue. I wish I would have known that because it doesn’t look right. I sent an email to customer service 3 days ago and still no response. I also called , it was closedThis is a gift to my daughter who just had her second baby.. very unhappy with customer service as I had no idea the one moon would be blue. This was to be a Special gift to her☹️
