- Storage: When you’re not wearing your piece, keep it in the soft Moonglow pouch. It keeps your jewellery safe from scratches and tarnish.
- Polishing: Wipe gently with a soft cloth to restore shine. No dips, liquids, or ultrasonic cleaners, simple care works best.
- Handling: Charms and chains are happiest with a gentle touch. Try not to tug or twist them against other pieces.
- Mix & Match: If you’re traveling, store each piece separately in its own pouch to avoid scratches.

Necklace with Black Crystalq The necklace is beautiful but a bit larger then expected. Disappointed to find an enclosed leaflet glued to the crystal face of the necklace upon arrival. The glue difficult to remove and left remnants on the crystal face.

Beautiful necklace/ but engraving wasn’t done! The necklace itself is very pretty. I purchased for my daughter. I ordered her birthday to be engraved on the back and it wasn’t. Moonglow necklace I am adopted but know my biological family now. I also have my original birth certificate. I was born on a new moon and had my moonglow necklace inscribe with my birth name to remind me that I know who I am.
