- Polishing: Wipe gently with a soft cloth to restore shine. No dips, liquids, or ultrasonic cleaners, simple care works best.
- Handling: Charms and chains are happiest with a gentle touch. Try not to tug or twist them against other pieces.
- Mix & Match: If you’re traveling, store each piece separately in its own pouch to avoid scratches.

Stunning necklace This necklace is so beautiful. With the beautiful blue moon, which is on the date of 18/09/2009, is stunningly gorgeous! It glows in the dark and the chain is just the right length. It’s also a quality product! The love and attention to detail is amazing. My brother and I both have this necklace with the blue moon. It look amazing on a guy or a girl. I cannot fault this necklace as it’s just so beautifully made and the engraving is perfect!! They even did the love heart I added to the inscription. Get yours today!!! You won’t be sorry.

In Memory of Koda Absolutely stunning. Love this necklace so much. Made it in honour of my Siberian Husky who I recently lost. I chose the date of his birthday which was a full moon. Coincidentally enough full moon was also for my wedding date and the date he passed away. So it was a triple whammy for me. Read the instructions on how to take care of it. Sadly I recently lost it and I'm absolutely devastated. Basically turned the house upside down looking for it. Will have to buy a replacement soon due to how beautiful the necklace is.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it. I however am disappointed in the size of the moon. It is very small compared to all of mine. The engraving is not engraved just stamped ans so tiny you can barely read it.
Gina Customer service was phenomenal! I ordered a necklace for my daughter, and they accidentally sent a bracelet. When I called they apologised and corrected it right away. They sent it through with express service so that it would be on time for the end of school present! I highly recommend this product .

Too small. It's so SMALL you can barely see the moon. If I would have realised just how small that one is I would have got a bigger one. It's but fit for a necklace PERIOD. For a bracelet... yes but not for a necklace.
Small pendant and bad Solar Eclipse Phase This necklace has been my 4th necklace purchased here and they are typically good but the pendant is the size of a pea and the Solar Eclipse phase looks nothing like the preview shown when you input the date that you want.

Masculine but I love it too Purchased for my husband, he loves it! Very masculine. The size is perfect too, he doesn’t have to mess with the clasp and is able to slip over his head. I’m a little jealous, I love the black chain! I too purchased a moon necklace for myself but mine is the steel material. I wish the multi moon necklace can in the same black selection. Moonglow continually ups my gift giving. My husband absolutely loves this necklace. The gift box it comes in is so cute. It comes with an insert with details on each moon phase. Quality is always top notch, and even with personalisation shipping is fast!!
Quality gone downhill I purchased my first pieces back in 2018 at comic con and loved them! Since then I’ve brought other pieces but noticed that the quality of the material has diminished. I like that they have done away with the magnetic moons as they kept coming out but the metal they use for the necklaces seem to tarnish and just aren’t that great of quality. The concept of the company is great, I just think better materials need to be used. It doesn’t have to come with a price increase either. I know plenty of companies who keep their prices low and their quality is better.
