I love you to the moon and back I came across Moonglow whilst travelling in Queensland and purchased a double pendant with my moon and my daughter's moon. I was thrilled to have such a special keepsake. 48hrs later we lost the pendant and I was devastated. Back home in WA I contacted Moonglow not really expecting a response. I lovely assistant answered my email the very next days and set in motion a process to replace and send me the lost pendant. I am beyond grateful and so very impressed with such quality service. I previously had gotten the heart moon necklace .The date is my daughter's birthday, she passed in March 2020. I absolutely love it, it is beautiful. I then ordered the mini-tirsu moon's for my son's birthdates. My oldest passed in 2016 and my youngest and only living child. I also loved this necklace, I wear them both everyday, my son's hang in the dip of the heart of my daughter's. They mean so much to me and both equally beautiful. My sister loved them so much and ordered her granddaughter the spiral ring for Christmas, she loved it!! I'm just wandering, how many moons does one woman need? I think, many.....

Love I love the necklace. I love how the moon shows and then at night the moon will glow. My only issue is that the 2 'moons' tend to twist or attach like magnets so I feel like I'm always trying to lay them flat. Given that I will most likely buy additional items.

Too delicate While it’s a beautiful design, the chain is way too delicate. The first time I received the necklace the chain showed up broken. Moonglow sent me a new one, but it tangles badly all the time and I can already see it’s on the verge of breaking again where the closure is. The pendants are also magnetic — this may not be an issue for some, but it is for me because I tend to layer my necklaces, and so this one clings to other metals I’m wearing. Not very impressed overall.

So disappointed I was supposed to receive mine on Christmas Eve, this was a Christmas gift for my daughter and I still haven’t received it. I emailed the company asking where it was they said it left their facility & then I received an email that it’s back ordered. I will not be ordering from this company again.
Magnetic The necklace looks great but it’s magnetic and the two pieces keep getting stuck together. My wife doesn’t mind but it’s annoying when I’m trying to look at the necklace and it’s all bunched up.
