I ordered the necklace last minute and it was scheduled to be delivered in time for mother's day. I realized I entered the wrong year for the stone and I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately, changed the stone, and still delivered it on time for mother's day. Afterwards they reached out to make sure everything was perfect. I would 1000% recommend.
