• Water: It is best to take your Moonglow off before the water when possible. If it does get wet, a gentle clean and dry will help preserve its glow.
• Storage: When you’re not wearing your piece, keep it in the soft Moonglow pouch. It keeps your jewellery safe from scratches and tarnish.
• Polishing: Wipe gently with a soft cloth to restore shine. No dips, liquids, or ultrasonic cleaners, simple care works best.
• Handling: Charms and chains are happiest with a gentle touch. Try not to tug or twist them against other pieces.
• Mix & Match: If you’re traveling, store each piece separately in its own pouch to avoid scratches.

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
