Water: It is best to take your Moonglow off before the water when possible. If it does get wet, a gentle clean and dry will help preserve its glow.
Storage: When you’re not wearing your piece, keep it in the soft Moonglow pouch. It keeps your jewellery safe from scratches and tarnish.
Polishing: Wipe gently with a soft cloth to restore shine. No dips, liquids, or ultrasonic cleaners, simple care works best.
Handling: Charms and chains are happiest with a gentle touch. Try not to tug or twist them against other pieces.
Mix & Match: If you’re traveling, store each piece separately in its own pouch to avoid scratches.

I brought the original MOONGLOW necklace.. the blue one about 5-6 years ago and it still glows after being in the sun. This new pink moon I received doesn’t even glow at all. This is false advertising and comes Under the Australian consumer law. It’s also not as good quality as the original one. The back on the one I’ve just received new is scratched.

As for your pink moon not glowing, it’s important to test this in a completely dark room, as all of our products have a gentle glow-in-the-dark effect.
The glow-in-the-dark section of the moon does need to be exposed to light first to charge. Sunlight works best, so we recommend not keeping your jewellery tucked away during the day!
You can test this by holding your moon face-up in direct sunlight for a few minutes, then taking it into a dark room to see the glow.
Rest assured, as long as your moon has been exposed to light, it should glow! :)
Moon has fallen out of pendant. Very upsetting 😔. I have purchased 3 moon necklaces so hopefully it doesn’t happen to the other two.
